Bodyfulness

Bodyfulness

Bodyfulness is a body-centered contemplative practice that explores four central themes: breath, sensation, movement and relations. We will take the time to explore each of them as a way to build practices that make our actions more conscious and contributive. Bodyfulness begins when the embodied self is held in a conscious, contemplative and non-judgementalenvironment. We will see movement as metabolism, as action toward a goal, as communication, as remembering, and as creative expression. The practice of moving while being aware, moment by moment, is where we want to go. Some of the proposals during the sessions will be pranayamas, breath work, stretching, tapping, body exploration and meditation, among other tools and techniques that will lead us to re-establish the connection and unity between mind and body.

How does it feel?
