Afriky Performance Group
Afriky is an afro dance and drums performance group from Waiheke.
The group led by Camila Chicon has been formed and evolved since 2018, performing at various events and festivals throughout New Zealand. Afriky is a dynamic group, made up of permanent drummers and dancers but also always welcomes friends who dare to shine on stage.
The show is an explosion of energy, fun and joy that spreads to the public who are always invited to participate and share some crazy steps to the rhythm of the drums.
